Her unique skill set combines medical expertise, operational management proficiency, technical design and problem solving skills, and a compassionate patient care approach to deliver customer-centric and requirement-focused outcomes for clients.
Joanne holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, a Doctor of Medicine from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and completed her Residency in Emergency Medicine at the New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital.
Operations Manager
At Orion Blue Group, Serena serves as the pivotal force that keeps our flywheel of progress in perpetual motion. With a distinguished background rooted in healthcare, Serena has honed her expertise through her experience in operational capacities within both home health care and bustling hospital emergency rooms. She holds a Bachelors in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Principal - Program Execution, Transition, and Engineering
Steve is an esteemed business leader with a rich tapestry of domestic and international start-up ventures across a diverse spectrum of countries, including Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, the Marshall Islands, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Israel, Canada, and the United States. He is adept at navigating the complexities of multiple successful new program transitions as transition leader, ensuring seamless execution for clients while consistently delivering on business financial commitments.
Steve exhibits prowess in proposal development, review, and delivery across various mediums—be it oral, written, or hybrid formats. He is experienced in program and organizational leadership for businesses with over $350M in revenue and 2,000+ employees.
Principal – Organizational Effectiveness
Matt has 36 years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness and has consulted with various for-profits, not-for-profits, public sector, private sector, and Federally Funded Research and Development (FFRDC) organizations, including Kaiser Permanente, NIH, FDA, Department of State, MITRE, The World Bank, and RTX.
Matt works closely with Senior Leaders to facilitate the development and sustainment of Strategic Planning, Mission, Vision, SWOT Analysis, Goal Setting, and Organizational Culture. Matt is responsible for driving value by utilizing applied Organizational Effectiveness (OE) / Organizational Development (OD) principles, methods, and tools to provide a broad range of customized solutions at the organization, team, and individual levels, ultimately enhancing and optimizing Organizational Effectiveness.
Solution Architect
Neal is an experienced Solution Architect and Engineering Fellow with expertise architecting client-centric solutions to achieve business and mission objectives. He leverages in-depth technical knowledge and a trusted mission partner approach to resolve complex problems and deliver customer value.
Advisory Board Member
Co-founder of Orion Blue Group, Wickham possesses over a decade of expertise in the aerospace and defense industry. He was previously the Senior Director, Chief Transformation Officer for the Raytheon Intelligence and Space business. Prior to that he was the Senior Director of Digital Engineering, was an Engineering Fellow, and also possesses experience in the automotive and healthcare industries.
He brings a breadth of management and technical experience for his clients having helped win more than $5B of contracts, managed complex mission critical operations, solved technical design issues, and is published in technical journals. He is active in supporting his community and most recently served on the Panel of Industry Experts for the DC Public School System.
Wickham holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Doctorate of Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.

Committed to providing peace of mind, he pursued a legal career to help clients navigate their legal challenges.
